How Does Age Verification Work?

Upon placing the first order with Vaping Vogue, we always ask for your complete name, your address at present home, and your number on a mobile phone. This information will be checked through an independent third-party system to verify you are 18 or older.

We use 1Account, an independent age check service that runs checks directly from one or more of the UK's most trusted data sources: your credit record, mobile number, and the national electoral roll. In the vast majority of cases, verification happens immediately, and your order will continue uninhibited.

What If We Can't Verify Your Age?

If 1Account cannot verify your age, we will ask you to provide an additional ID. You can email a photo of an official ID, such as a passport or driver's licence, along with a selfie to confirm that it is you.

Please mention your order number in the subject line so that it can be easily processed and we will not delay completing your order after you have fulfilled our verification process

Does This Affect My Credit Score?

We only perform "soft checks" which have no bearing on your credit score. They also will not appear on your credit report as having been checked.

Data Security

Once we have verified your ID, we do not retain a copy of the ID. The check data are treated securely and immediately deleted once your check is processed.
