At Vaping Vogue, we need our customers to get the best. Below are the warranty terms provided to all categories of our products.
Warranty Period Duration: From the date of sale, 6 months. Manufacturing defects only will be covered under the warranty. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or normal wear and tear (scratches and discolouration) isn't.
Claim Eligibility: Keep the original packaging and serial numbers for submission of a claim.
Effective Date of Warranty: Within 3 months of purchase date.
Coverage: The warranty only extends to Dead on Arrival (DOA) products. Claims on DOA products are to be submitted within 48 hours following delivery of the product. Outer packaging needs to be retained in case of warranty claims.
Important Notice: Puff count will depend on usage style, and lower puff counts are expected with longer draws.
Because of health and safety considerations, E-Liquids and drip tips (mouthpieces) are not covered by warranty. In case of a manufacturing defect that becomes apparent within 6 months of purchase, we reserve the right to replace it.
Warranty Period: 12 months after the sale date.
What Is Covered: The electric faults, such as not being able to charge, fall within the warranty. The warranty will be invalidated if the fault is due to misuse.
Consumable products such as coils, pods, and tanks are not covered by warranty because they have a limited shelf life of 2 to 14 days. We can replace them if they are Dead on Arrival and you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
If you deem your product faulty, you may lodge a warranty claim:
Contact Us: You can contact our Customer Service team for assistance via e-mail or phone. Do include your order number, product serial number, and detailed description of the problem.
Return The Product: We may request that you return the product to us so it may be assessed. If found defective, we will replace it or provide a refund. Please retain the original packaging for this reason.
Return Shipping: For disposable products, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is DOA.
We do not cover normal wear and tear, or unintended damage and malfunctioning due to mishandling/misuse of the product
We can alter the warranty anytime without any kind of notice.
