Delivery and Returns

Shipping: All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Depending on the physical address you provide and the shipping method you select, shipment durations can range from a few working days to up to seven working days to many weeks or even months. We do not accept liability for delays due to the shipping carriers.

Damaged Goods: If the item appears damaged do not sign for them. Contact our customer services with images of what you have received, which we may send to the supplier for further action regarding the goods.
Returns Customers need to return products in the original packing as well as in the same condition that the product was received. Requests for returns must be submitted no later than 14 days after the delivery date. A Return Authorisation Form is needed for all returns, and it can be obtained through our customer service.

Missing Goods: When you find an order shipment with missing items or parts of the order not complete, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Payment and Pricing

Price Accuracy: We will have all the prices correct on our website. However, we may make some mistakes. If we make a mistake on our price, we will immediately let you know the correct amount. At that point, you have the option to either forward with the order or cancel it completely.

Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards, as well as Klarna and other similar payment providers where accepted. Different terms shall apply for Klarna Payments which can be found with Klarna.

Termination of a Transaction

• Cancel or reject any order or transaction.
• We will not be liable for refusing service or taking products off sale.
