Refunds & Returns

We at Vaping Vogue intend to ensure that our buyers' purchasing experience with us is smooth and problem-free. If you wish to return an item, we are more than happy to assist you accordingly under our Returns Policy below.

Right To Returns

The return policy starts on the date of purchase and takes place within 30 days.

For any returns, 

  • The product should not have been used. 
  • Its original package must be intact.
  • Outer packaging for hardware products must not be opened.
  • The serial number must not be altered.

Note that all opened e-liquids, vape kits, coils, pods, and consumables are exempt from the return policy as they are hygiene-related.

Return Process

To process a return, please contact us via e-mail and provide the following information:

Original Order Number

Specific items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will include in our acceptance instructions how to go about returning your items to us. 

Make sure all items are packed carefully to avoid potential damage while shipping. Remember, Vaping Vogue isn't responsible for loss or damage during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for you.

Exchanges

Order the item you want, and return the unwanted item for a refund. In this way, you will have the right item in the shortest possible time.

Refunds

We will consider a refund within 3-5 working days of the receipt and inspection of returned goods, on the product value only minus the original postage fees made at the time of purchase.

If you have experienced a delay in your refund, please contact your bank/payment provider. If it has been over seven working days since we authorised your refund, and you still haven't received it, please contact us, and we will assist you further.

Non-Returnable Products

Some products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. The following fall under this category:

  • E-liquids that have been opened
  • Tanks, atomisers, and pods filled
  • Used or non-sealed vape kits
  • Opened coils or pods
  • Sale Items

Refund Policy

Only merchandise with a regular price can be returned for a refund. Sorry, but sale items cannot be returned.

Defective/Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is defective or shipped in error, please contact us within three business days sending us a picture and description of the problem. We will make every effort to correct the situation as soon as possible by either replacing your order or issuing a refund.
